Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Items should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we cover the new shipping from us to you.

Right of Withdrawal

We comply with the Distance Selling Act, and you therefore have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. We offer 30 days open purchase. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receiving your order (or the majority of it).

The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in its original box. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to establish its characteristics or function, and this has resulted in the returned item being of lesser value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the amount to be refunded. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, or within 30 days at the latest from the day we received the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back.

The refund is made automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company has processed the return for it to appear in your account.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Sign in to your account:

1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

Submit your return request:

1. Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.
2. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click "Request return".

Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
